Interest rates for 2019
We are pleased to inform you that the rate of interest in the retirement plan and savings plan of Novartis Pension Fund 1 was fixed at 2,5% for 2019. The same interest rates apply to the incentive/bonus- and shift insurance plans.

In the current year, an interest rate of 0,5% applies. The same interest rates apply to the incentive/bonus- and shift insurance plans.
