Interest rates for 2020
We are pleased to inform you that the rate of interest in the retirement plan and savings plan of Novartis Pension Fund 1 was fixed at 2,0% for 2020. The same interest rates apply to the incentive/bonus- and shift insurance plans.
Interest rates for 2021
In the current year, an interest rate of 0,5% applies.
